Our collaboration brew with the Grunting Growler and Amy Rankine Forager. This sour beer used a coolship to marry foraged Cherry blossoms and Magnolia flowers with heaps of Jasmine tea. Comforting and refreshing tea flavours combine with delicate floral aromas, almond notes, mild ginger, and a touch of tangerine for a light sour beer that celebrates the seasons.
