You have 14 days from the day after you receive your goods to cancel your online order. You do not have to give a reason.
Tell us in writing before the cancellation period ends, preferably by emailing info@otherworldbrewing.com. Please include your order number so we can identify your order.
We will refund all payments for the cancelled order, including the cost of our standard delivery, using the same payment method you used to pay. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, we will refund the standard delivery cost.
We may make a deduction if the goods have lost value because you handled them more than was necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Please return them carefully protected, preferably in their original packaging.
If goods have been supplied, you must arrange their return no later than 14 days after telling us you wish to cancel. We will refund you no later than 14 days after we receive the goods back or receive evidence that you have returned them, whichever is earlier.
If no goods have been supplied, we will refund you no later than 14 days after your cancellation.

If your order is incorrect, damaged or has a quality issue, please email info@otherworldbrewing.com with your order number and a description of the problem. A photo is helpful where possible.
We will investigate and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. Your statutory rights are not affected.
If we are unable to fulfil the whole of your order for any reason, we will email you with your options. If we have not received a response after 72 hours, we will ship the available items and refund the difference.
