A deep amber barleywine, smooth and softly sweet to start, with intense multi-layered malt flavours of dried fruits. Rested in our coolship to increase evaporation and create a stronger beer and barrel aged in Andalusian wine casks that held Scotch whisky, adding hints of coconut and a rich caramel warmth.
